Sub:- Grant of Privilege Passes/PTOs to dependent relatives — raising the income ceiling limit.
Pursuant to 6th Pay Commission recommendations, Board vide letter No. E(W)97/PS 5-1/71 dated 31-8-2009 have issued instructions raising the income ceiling for grant of Privilege Passes/PTOs to dependent relatives of railway servants indicating that a dependent relative in reletion to a railway servant as defined in Para-2(C) of the Railway Servants (Pass) Rules, 1986 (Second Edition, 1993) shall be considered eligible for entitlement of Passes/PTOs if his/her income does not exceed minimum Pension/family pension i.e.` 3500/- and Dearness Relief thereon or 15% of the basic pay of the Railway servant, whichever is more.


NFIR has now brought out that aforesaid instructions are not being followed scrupulously in some of the Zonal Railway.
It is therefore reiterated that the instructions cited under reference shall be implemented in letter and spirit to avoid hardship to railway employees having dependent relatives, eligible for inclusion in the pass facility as per the said criteria.

·       “Swadeshi Shopping Mall” could be launch / sponsor by any Indian business group but it is necessary that they should sell only Indian products which must be made by Indians in India.
·       Central Government / State Government should give rebate in taxes on those product, which will selll through these mall and also they should provide other facilities for open these type mall.
·       Reason for open this type of Shopping Mall
·       Our business which is either small or big is not growing as compare to China product due to the much competition in marketing and the policies of International Product.
·       International Market like China sells their products in low cost which make the people their customer. They easily capture and overtake our business and when people get habitual to their product they raise the price.

Benefit of this type of Mall

·       Public will purchase more Indian product because they will get it at cheap rate.
·       Purchasing of Indian product will Increase the consumption of Indian product.
·       When consumption will increase, the need of more production is require.
·       And for production employee will require for every field.

THIS CONCEPT WILL EASILY REDUCE THE BIGGEST PROBLEM OF OUR COUNTRY i.e., RATE OF UNEMPLOYMENT AND POVERTY

1. What is Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme (MACPS) ?
The MACP Scheme for Central Civilian Government Employees is in supersession of earlier ACP Scheme. Under the MACP Scheme three financial Up-gradations are allowed on completion of 10,20,30 years of regular service, counted from the direct entry grade. The MACPS envisages merely placement in the immediate next higher grade pay as given in Section I, Part-A of the first schedule of the CCS (Revised Pay) Rules 2008, in case no promotion has been earned by the employee during this period.
